Move With Sensuality.

Grow With Confidence.

At Bliss, movement becomes a seduction — a slow awakening of strength, softness, and everything in between. Here, every curve, every reach, every breath is an invitation to reconnect with the most radiant version of yourself.

Our classes blend feminine power with intentional flow, guiding you through pole, aerial, and floor-based movement that feels as good as it looks.

No judgment. No comparison.

Just a space where you’re free to explore, express, and enjoy the way your body moves. With expert instructors leading every step, you’ll build strength you can see, confidence you can feel, and a sensual presence that follows you long after you leave the studio.

FAQs

What is Bliss Fitness Studio?

Bliss Fitness Studio is a welcoming fitness community where movement is fun, empowering, and beginner-friendly. We offer pole fitness, aerial lyra, silks, hammock, dance, strength, and flexibility training designed to help you build confidence while enjoying the process. Our mission is simple: meet you exactly where you are and help you fall in love with your body and your fitness again. You don’t need experience, strength, or flexibility to start—just the willingness to try something new and have fun along the way.

Do I need experience to start?

Not at all. Our beginner classes are designed for people who are brand new, so you don’t need strength, flexibility, or experience to start—just the excitement to try something new and fall in love with your fitness again. Just take the first class and see how your confidence builds with the help of our supportive instructors and community. We guide you step-by-step in a fun, welcoming environment where beginners learn together and build confidence along the way.

What should I wear to class?

For your first pole class, we recommend wearing shorts, a tank top, and bare feet, since skin helps you grip the pole safely. Also lay off the lotion before a Pole class. It will help you with grip. If you’re attending an aerial class, leggings and a t-shirt or long-sleeve top are best to protect your skin. For strength, flexibility, or conditioning classes, any comfortable activewear works, and you can choose barefoot or athletic shoes. Please remove all jewelry before class to keep you and the equipment safe. We also recommend bringing water, and many students like to use grip and knee pads, and perhaps you’d like to try some beautiful heels which are available in our boutique.

How often should I take class?

For the best results in strength and skill, we recommend beginners take 2–4 classes per week. Many of our students enjoy doubling up and taking two classes in one evening, but you can go at whatever pace feels right for you. Our most popular memberships have students attending 14–20 classes per month, which helps them progress consistently. We also encourage you to listen to your body—rest and recovery are just as important as training. Our schedule includes flexibility and conditioning classes, so you can cross-train, build strength, and support your progress as you grow.

How do I book a class?

You can easily book classes through MindBody by viewing our schedule on our website or through our Bliss Fitness Studio app. You’ll just need to create an account, which can be done online or with help from our front desk. Our classes—especially beginner and popular ones—tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your spot. If you ever need help, you’re always welcome to call or text the studio, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I bring a friend to a class with me for free?

Absolutely—workouts are always more fun with a friend! During your intro special, you’re welcome to bring a friend to class for free so you can try it together. Our members are also encouraged to invite friends to join them in class. Having a workout buddy often makes it easier to stay consistent, motivated, and excited to come back.

What if I am late or need to cancel?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you’re unable to make class, please remove yourself from the class through the MindBody app or contact the studio by call or text as soon as possible. For safety and respect for the instructor and other students, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be able to join the class.

Is it safe?

Yes — safety is our top priority. All of our instructors are certified across multiple disciplines, including pole, aerial, yoga, dance, and personal training. Our classes are carefully leveled from beginner to intermediate and advanced so students build strength and skills through safe progressions with a strong foundation at every stage. We also use crash mats, spotting techniques, and proper instruction to support students while they learn. Most importantly, we encourage everyone to listen to their bodies, and our instructors are always happy to provide modifications or accommodations so you can train safely at your own level.

What if I’m too shy or not strong/flexible enough?

We hear this all the time—and the truth is, you don’t need to be strong, flexible, or even confident to start. Those are things you build over time through practice and skill development in class. While we’re absolutely doing fitness, what we’re really helping many students build is body confidence. Just start where you are, and let the supportive environment, encouraging instructors, and beginner-friendly pace help you grow into a stronger, more flexible, and more confident version of yourself.

Am I too old for this?

Not at all. We celebrate every decade of a woman’s life, and many of our instructors and students are in their 40s and 50s and getting stronger every year. There’s truly no age limit to starting something new. In fact, many students discover that once they let go of limiting beliefs about age, they’re capable of far more than they imagined. Your body can grow stronger, more flexible, and more confident at any stage of life—and there’s no better time to start than now.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes, we offer private sessions for anyone who prefers a more personalized experience. Private lessons are a great way to start if you’d like one-on-one attention, allowing an instructor to guide you through pole, aerial, flexibility, dance, conditioning, and more at your own pace. We also offer private classes and parties for groups, where you can choose from classes on our schedule or even combine a few for a customized experience. To book a private session or event, simply contact the studio through our website party form or by calling or texting the studio directly.

Do you host events or parties?

Yes! Bliss Fitness Studio is Brevard’s premier destination for fun, bucket-list-worthy parties. We specialize in events like bachelorette parties, birthdays, girls’ nights out, and more. Our parties are beginner-friendly and require no experience, making them perfect for groups of 6–20 guests. Events start at 60 minutes and can be extended up to two hours, and we’ll help create an experience that matches your group’s vibe. As a bonus, every party guest receives a free class to come back and experience a Bliss class again later.
