Sensual movement empowers us to find personal expression through exploration of our erotic selves. Free-flowing without judgment helps to explore who we are, were, and wish to become! Bring a journal, writing utensil, & clothes you feel GREAT to dance in. Kneepads if you like to get down. Any footwear is welcomed.
